Fitness Programs
Group fitness programs have the power to connect participants through shared experiences as well as teach integrative ways to conquer life's challenges outside the gym. Our program options are built specifically to serve the needs of your group. We can also call on community partners who have existing programs in place, able to meet the needs of our Huddle Participants.
The Huddle Connection works with each participant to evaluate and assess a class and program that will best suit his or her needs. This liaison will stay in communication with the Huddle Participant and his or her family during their time in our programs.
